Why Join Us & Hiring Details

At Freezz you won’t work on a narrow slice of the design: you’ll get your hands on the electronics of a satellite built to fly – and to fly soon, taking your boards from schematic to tested hardware. We take a new approach to building spacecraft: short design-build-test loops, real hardware on the bench early, and decisions made by the people who do the work, from day one and without committee overhead. That means a steep, fast learning curve. You’ll see your schematic become a board, your board go through bring-up and EMC test, and your design head to orbit. And you’ll learn it in a lean, enthusiastic team where building satellites is serious work and real fun, that’s the added value we offer. All of this as part of a European New Space success story backed by ESA and EU programmes.

    How to Apply

    • Please fill up the application form on this page.
    • Where relevant, candidates are encouraged to include examples of technical projects, publications, portfolios, Git repositories, or descriptions of systems they have helped design.
    • Freezz welcomes applicants from different backgrounds. Selection decisions are based on professional qualifications, experience, and the requirements of the position.
    • We review applications on a rolling basis and respond within 5 business days. We’re actively hiring and moving fast. If you’re a strong fit, expect to hear from us quickly.
